Change Of Mind
A 100% refund is available if no work has been initiated on your project,
meaning no team has been assigned and no work has begun.
If work has started on your project and you decide to discontinue or cancel it within the first
24 hours, you are entitled to a partial refund. It is recommended to coordinate with your
assigned project manager
for a smooth resolution.
Once deliverables have been produced and revisions availed, refund requests will no longer be
accepted. However, customers are encouraged to discuss potential compensation with their project
manager.
Incompetent Delivery
Customers may request a refund if project errors occur due to mistakes in the requirement
analysis phase.
Unlimited revisions and team changes (up to three times) are offered to resolve
such issues.
Late Delivery
The standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If
three late delivery attempts are made due to the company's fault, a refund may be processed.
